The Storm is Over:

What a ride!!! Shipping, replacement(s), refunds & routing lost packages have been all taken care of & the storm has finally settled. New GTG Minis KS (March 8th):

We are super excited about this Coming up KS!!! We've been working on this for a few months now and spent a lot of time working with our new manufacture on perfecting the New And Existing Geektank Game Products.

US Shipping/RoTW:

It's in full gear and QLM will be shipping out thru the month of November. QLM has over 4000 orders to process so bare with them. Everything will be shipping out of JAX FL and depending on your whereabouts it should take 3-5 Biz days US/ 5-10 Biz days for CA-Mex/ 10-20 Biz days for RoTW. You will receive a tracking number once your pledge has been processed. (see QLMs posts below)

Rough Times:

It's been a rough year for us all and we want every backer to know we wanted this to work out perfectly, but we are not in a perfect world right now and we want to let everyone that we will improve our communication with you. Our production run was Finished in early August and we completely underestimated the impacts of COVID on the shipping and logistical industries. With surging costs and freakishly long delays. Not to mention GTG being a small fish in the big pond. With that, we have stepped up our game and will focus on our transparency & communication :-/

Defect/Duds: (Repost)

It's been happening here and there and we were expecting a few "duds". Remember we have a 5% overstock for defective minis. If you turn out to be the unlucky one, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can send out a replacement asap. Bare with us once the US fulfillment starts as we expect an uptick in emails.

New Trashmob GTG Minis:

Next Kick Starter planned to release early Jan/Feb 2021!!! GTG Minis has doubled its efforts to make sure all the tooling/packaging is ready to go before the launch. We have switched to a new manufacturer and have already dropped the dough on high-performance die-cutting machinery/tooling. This will yield us an even cleaner cut and a hopeful never again "miscut"

US Shipping Starts & Unfortunate Mistake(s)

US & RofW:

US Shipping & RotW is starting this week and should begin spoon. QLM has another Major Fulfillment they are finishing up and we are next in line :-) They will be processing the orders in "batches". Once processed the Backer will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping will be out of Jax FL. 

Unfortunate Mistakes:

It has come to our attention that there is one sheet in the Undead set & one mini in the Underdark set(tritons or sahuagin) that have printing issues. This happened in the whole production run. This is unfortunate other than thank god it wasn't the backside on both sides on all of them. We are trying to work something out with the manufacturer about this but we can not send out a replacement cuz it would not fix the issue. Very sorry to have goofed up this bad and hope to work something out with the manufacturer. We can not believe it made it by Quality (or the lack thereof) Control

Miscut sheets:

UK/EU starts Oct 5th!!! US/RotW starts Oct 19th

GTG is working with a 3rd party fulfillment company QLM. With that, we have to take the realistic news just like you. It's upsetting but it is what it is. All in all its been a fascinating lesson it the international logistics and shipping industry. #toughgig

We had some delays in receiving the US cargo, due to dock congestion(s) and the need to have payments cleared for import duties and taxes. (Gotta pay Uncle Sam)

Here is the message we received from QLM

QLM:

GTG Minis

The United States, Canada & RotW from QML

• Inbound shipment is expected to be delivered to the fulfillment center  by mid-late next week
• Fulfillment Timeline/Status: Based on the arrival of inventory and where the ocean delay bumped the schedule, fulfillment is planned to begin in late October hopefully the 19th, and finish by early November.

Europe from Spiral Galaxy

• Inbound shipment has been received missing the stickers, the stickers are on their way from Aetherworks
• Fulfillment Timeline/Status: Fulfillment is scheduled to begin next week and I expect it to take roughly a week to complete and for all of the packages to be in the mail system. Note that this is authorized to begin without the stickers if absolutely necessary, but the shipment to Spiral should have been made in time. I will let you know as soon as I know either way.

Australia/New Zealand from Aetherworks

• Fulfillment Timeline/Status: Fulfillment is largely complete with the exception of 2 orders that are awaiting the arrival of storage sheets from Spiral Galaxy. As soon as those sheets are received, those orders will go out.

Asia from VFI

• Fulfillment Timeline/Status Update: Fulfillment is complete! Note that all China and Hong Kong orders shipped out immediately through the domestic mail system and that the orders for the rest of the Asian regions have joined the consolidated shipments to each region's distributing LGS and ship to those regions with freight. It is possible that a few of the farther Asian regions are still in transit and may receive their packages this month.
